(LLCT) - During the renovation period, the Party has always paid special attention to comprehensive advancement of the Vietnamese in order to meet demands for sustainable national development. However, in the context of increasingly profound international integration, the Vietnamese people still have some limitations, which require the Party to introduce policies and solutions to overcome them soon.

(LLCT) - The prevention and control of corruption and moral - lifestyle degeneration is not only a responsibility of Party committees and organizations, authorities and functional bodies but also one of the entire society. 

(LLCT) - To be able to “graduate from ODA” in the next 15-20 years, Vietnam, right from now on, needs to make full preparation for this transition so that its economy will not be disturbed and its stable, sustainable growth will be maintained after it ceases to receive ODA.

(LLCT) - The digital communication revolution has changed the role and position of the social public, which nowadays can be divided into two groups moving in opposite directions. Social media and network readership is increasing rapidly while press readership is decreasing sharply, although this decrease varies between continents, regions and countries. Readership shapes the press. The actual strength of social media has changed. Traditional press has been losing its dominant position and has given in to social media. In this context, how is the press going to develop?

(LLCT) - Vietnam is on the path towards development and intensive integration into international economics. Vietnamese businesses are now faced with equal competition from powerful multinationals around the world, especially as the country has joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) and has started the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). History has shown that powerful economic groups in both State and private sectors will the main driving force behind successful integration.

(LLCT) - The term “Western Marxism” was first used by Soviet Communists when they criticized the return to Hegel and primary schools of Marxism in Western Europe. During the decades of the early twentieth century, this term was soon accepted by such ideologists as Georg Lukacs and Karl Korsch to describe a more independent Marxism than the Marxism of the Second and Third International.

(LLCT) - One of the primary achievements of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) during the Doi Moi (renovation process) was the development of a socialist-oriented market economy, considered the country’s general economic model during the transitional period towards a more socialist society.Vietnam’s Party and State consider the market economy a model that is capable of building the material infrastructure of socialism and achieving its objectives of a wealthy people, strong country, and an equitable, democratic and civilized society.

(LLCT) - Since public denial proved to be ineffective, forces hostile to Marxism - Leninism and scientific socialism have taken up more slanderous methods to undermine the legitimacy of these political theories. For example, one recent allegation that has emerged amongst political discussions paints Marxism - Leninism and scientific socialism as outdated theories and in opposition to the true ideology of Ho Chi Minh Thought!

(LLCT) - With 85 years of age, and 70 continuous years in power, the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has made great contributions to the country and nation. Under its leadership, the people won national independence, built up the first state of workers and peasants in Southeast Asia, and the first democratic republic regime in Vietnam.

(LLCT) - Controlling power to restrict power degeneration is an indispensable requirement in the process of strengthening democracy. This requirement was put forth and initially settled in ancient Greece and Rome. It was further improved in the Renaissance and Enlightenment in Europe and today has become a general tendency of mankind.
