Author's ethical responsibilities

The author(s) is responsible for complying with the ethics of research and the publication of scientific works. The duties of authors submitting articles to the Political Theory Journal consist of:

+ Reporting standard: Authors are personally responsible for the content, accuracy, scientific accuracy, legality, and copyright of the article.Authors should present original papers conducted as well as an objective discussion of its significance. A manuscript should contain sufficient details and reference to permit others to replicate the work. Fraudulent statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable.

+ Originality and acknowledgemment of sources: The authors should make sure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or works of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical behavior and is unacceptable.

+ While waiting for review by the Journal of Political Theory, the author must not submit the articles to other journals or editorial offices.

+ The data and research results in the article must ensure honesty and must not be edited, distorted or falsified.

+ Ariticle authorship: In cases on which the article is the workof two or more authors, all those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors. The submitting author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors are included on the manuscript, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript and have agreed to its submission for publication. Authors are expected to consider carefully the list and order of the authors before submitting their manuscript. The group of authors should take full responsibility for the copyright of the article.
